By depositing goods in smart pick-up stations, retailers enable their customers to pick up products purchased online simply and easily outside of regular opening hours. How it works <\/h2>

  1. Selection of shipping option:<\/strong> When ordering online, the customer selects the \u201cClick Collect\u201d option and can then enter their preferred collection point. When ordering by phone or email, it works similarly. <\/li>\n
  2. Booking of locker: <\/strong>The shop system books a locker that fits the size of the order at the desired location in the kolula software. When ordering by phone or e-mail, the storekeeper books the locker manually. <\/li>\n
  3. Deposit of the item: <\/strong>The order is taken from the retailer’s warehouse or store to the pick-up station, where it is securely deposited in the reserved locker.<\/li>\n
  4. Customer notification: <\/strong>As soon as the order is ready for pickup, the customer receives a notification and can then access the locker via web app at a flexible time and retrieve the item.<\/li>\n
  5. Secure processing: <\/strong>The software ensures secure authentication so that only the authorized recipient has access, and the transaction data is being protected. The sender receives a notification when the item has been retrieved. <\/li>\n
  6. Reporting and analysis:<\/strong> The software offers comprehensive reporting and analysis functions to create detailed reports and evaluate data.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div> \n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n
